Whether it’s hosting a major British art exhibition to the transformation of the Fountain restaurant into the award winning 45 Jermyn St. Or most recently taking Fortnum’s to the City with a beautiful destination shop and restaurant in the centre of the Royal Exchange, Zia carefully balances the innovation and service demanded by customers in today’s world, whilst maintaining the tradition and heritage of a 300-year history. 

With a background in creating multichannel experiences for many of the UK’s leading brands, such as Selfridges, John Lewis, and Virgin Atlantic, Zia places brand experience design thinking at the core of all Fortnum’s.
