IRC (InternetRetailing Conference)

Nicola Fox

Nicola Fox

Former Head of CRM, Missguided and Holland & Barrett

Nicola Fox, formerly Head of CRM at Missguided and Holland & Barrett, has worked in retail customer marketing and loyalty for over 10 years. She launched the first loyalty programme at Holland & Barrett and, more recently, at Missguided made step-changes in the use of data & behavioural tracking to drive retention & loyalty across multiple channels. She views the current gap in effective personalisation is down to data democratization, the extent to how much decision making can be automated and, most importantly, a change in business culture to not just talk about customer-centric but deliver customer-centric.

Through a roundtable discussion, she invites you to exchange experiences of designing and delivering a unified customer proposition which will cover different approaches, the pain points for different brands and how retailers can move forward from traditional approaches of team structure and measurement to drive success in this area.
