As CEO of Figleaves, Miriam transformed the business from a multi-brand lingerie retailer to a lifestyle brand sold in five of the biggest UK retailers by using her entrepreneurial vision to help women find self-acceptance with the aspirational, inclusive brand.
Miriam has recently embarked on a new role as strategic advisor and active angel investor for Canary, a start-up launched in the Zinc social incubator. Canary’s mission is to prevent sexual harassment and eliminate toxic behavior in the workplace. Using an anonymous employee engagement platform, Canary bridges the gap between employees and employers leveraging Data and Behavioural Science.
