Jean-Francois brings a wealth of experience in Commercial and Supply Chain operations, including over 10 years of online and e-commerce experience, from B&Q, Dixons and most recently Amazon. He has been in leadership roles for 20 years.

Jean-Francois’s most recent role was as Director for Amazon Business EU, where he led the creation and management of all of the Amazon Business product categories across three verticals - essentially building a new business portfolio of categories and functionality for B2B business for Amazon. One of his biggest achievements at Amazon was launching Amazon Fresh in June 2016: impressively inventing new aspects of the Customer experience from product assortment to delivery for Amazon.

Now in role at Groupon as Vice President of International, Jean-Francois brings his passion for leveraging the latest tech innovation to bolster Groupon's mission of become the daily habit in commerce.

Jean-Francois has spoken at key industry events and his expertise includes:  Global Ecommerce, Supply Chain Strategy, Product management, Business leadership, Mobile, AI and Machine Learning and NED.
