When and where is the event?

IRC (InternetRetailing Conference) 2019 will take place on Thursday 10 October 2019.

The show is located at the Business Design Centre (BDC) in Angel, London. 


Who can visit IRC 2019?

The event is open to both retailers and vendors, with different ticket types for each. Please note: we will review each registration to ensure the correct ticket type has been chosen. There is a cost to attend the conference. Click here to view the various ticket prices >>

Alternatively, if you are a retailer you can visit for free as a 'visitor', however you will not have access to the conference and all its sessions. 

As this is a trade show persons under the age of sixteen will not be admitted.

How much will my ticket cost?

Retailer Delegate pass

Access all keynotes, roundtables, track sessions, workshops and after party, plus enjoy complimentary food and drinks throughout the day.

Cost: £495 + VAT

Early bird discount (ends 16 July 2019): £247.50 + VAT



VIP pass

Free access to all keynotes, roundtables, track sessions, workshops and after party, plus enjoy complimentary food and drinks throughout the day. The VIP pass is only for senior retailers*.

Cost: Free (selected attendees only)



Retailer Visitor pass

Get a glimpse of IRC 2019. The Retail Visitor pass will only give you access to workshops and the exhibition. If you wish to attend any of the conference sessions or roundtables, we strongly suggest you purchase a Retailer Delegate pass.

Vendor Delegate pass

Access all keynotes, roundtables, track sessions, workshops and after party. Plus enjoy complimentary food and drinks throughout the day.

Cost: £745 + VAT (non-retailers only)

Can I get a ticket at the door?

Yes you can, but there are a number of questions that will need to be completed, so it will be quicker to do it online in advance.

Are there refreshments at the event?

All visitors will have access to free refreshments throughout the day.

Are there disabled facilities at the event?

The BDC are a fully DDA compliant venue. Guide dogs are welcome. For full information on disabled parking bays, wheelchair hire, and hearing induction loops, please visit the  BDC's website

Will there be free WiFi onsite?

Yes, there will be free WiFi for exhibitors, sponsors, delegates and visitors at the BDC.

Can I exhibit at IRC 2019?
